Chicken with Water Chestnuts
        Ingredients    
                - 45 ml peanut oil
 - 2 cloves garlic peeled and crushed
 - 2 spring onions chopped
 - 1 slice ginger root finely chopped
 - 225 g chicken breast sliced in to slivers
 - 100 g water chestnuts sliced in to slivers
 - 45 ml soy sauce
 - 15 ml rice wine or dry sherry
 - 5 ml cornstarch

        Instructions    
                - Heat the oil in a wok over a medium-high flame
 - Put the garlic in the hot oil
 - Put the ginger in the hot oil
 - Put the spring onions in the hot oil
 - Stir fry until the garlic is lightly browned
 - Add the chicken to the wok
 - Stir fry for 5 minutes
 - Add the water chestnuts to the wok
 - Stir fry everything for another 3 minutes
 - Add the soy sauce to the wok
 - Add the rice wine (or dry sherry) to the wok
 - Sprinkle the cornstarch over the top
 - Stir-fry, coating the chicken with the cornstarch
 - Stir-fry for around 5 minutes or so, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked through.
