  1. Mince the garlic as small as you can
  2. Place all of the ingredients in to a small jar or container with a tight fitting lid.
  3. Give the mixture a light seasoning of salt and pepper.
  4. Make sure the lid is tightly sealed
  5. Shake the jar most vigourously for a minute until the ingredients are combined
  6. Final adjustment of seasoning with salt and pepper and a good shake for 10 more seconds
Recipe Notes

Make sure you mince the garlic as small as you can. Really! As small as you can!

Each time you adjust the seasoning, make sure you shake the mixture up for 10 seconds to get the salt & pepper well distributed. And make sure you put the lid on before you shake the jar!

You can use this dressing immediately after mixing.

It refrigerates for up to 1 week.

If the mixture separates in the fridge, just give it a quick shake for 10 or 20 seconds to take care of the problem.
